Rand preventive care study.

Here's an interesting study from the NEJM that says that Americans only get 55% of reccomende care. Unusually they say that while blacks get less of intensive care treatments than whites they get slightly more preventive care. I'm not sure what to make of that. There's also a bunch of other demographic data I can't quite figure out what it means, but it looks interesting.
